Wimpy Cousins
I have 2 little cousins. One is 5years old first son, Eisei and other one is 3 years old little sister, Miyu.
I am really fond of them like my real little sister and little brother.
And they came to Indonesia with their mother who is my auntie and my grandfather last spring from Japan.
On the first day of Indonesia, auntie said that she wants to buy souvenirs so we all went to souvenir shop.
While mom and auntie were looking around the shop, I had to take care of those little wimpy cousins.
And a happening had occurred.
Miyu was playing tag with Eisei in the shop, holding the bucket that is full of roundy little balls inside.
I tried to stop them many times but in a flush, the thing that I imagined had happened.
Bash! Miyu lunged and fell forward, and the ball sprang out everywhere out of the bucket.
We all looked for those but we were 2 balls short.
In the end, my mom compensated for those.
After that, they jumped on me every morning waking me up, dragged me around to pool, hide and seek, tag, piggyback and I played with them until they get to 0 energy.
But one day, a tragedy had happen.
I have cute glass puppy collection and they brought one of them with broken ear and foot!
And what was more, they were putting the blame on each other like “Miyu did it” “No Eisei did it.” I sobbed as looking at mercilessly broken ear and feet.
This was my first time cried because of these little kids.
And then, I identified that the criminal was Miyu. I got a witness of Miyu took one of the dog playing with it on the floor and broke it. I had to forgive her against my will because she is only 3.
Next day morning, another astonishment had happen.
When Miyu was eating my cornflake as usual, she started to vomit like Singapore Merlion so suddenly. I soon made her rest.
At the moment I felt sorry for her, Miyu got out of the bed and offered me to play hide and seek! What a busy girl she is! I wanted to say, are you sick or healthy?!
Truly, Miyu is cute but always bringing me troubles.
She is a cute little reaper!
Next day morning, they went back to Japan.
I had many happenings but after they are gone, I got little sad.
I know that is because they are wimpy and playful but I am still very fond of them. I hope they will come again.

Sumatra trip No.3

On that day, we went to cycling from morning.
As we went on the road around the hotel, we saw many local children, farm cows, hens and those kind of things.
And we once stopped at the local children school to take photo of it.
Then everyone in the school came out from each classrooms with big smile.
It was a rare chance to meet with local children so we took a photo there.
It was like this.
After we left there, when I looked back abruptly, what a surprise, 2 little children were chasing us with there own little bicycles!
They sometimes passed us with a rapid speed. It seemed like they want us to follow them.
But we all got tired after 1 hour so we stopped suddenly and tried to get back to the hotel only by ourselves. Though, when we stopped and went back to our way back, they followed us again
It was kind of funny. Because they are little boys and looked so cute!
They at last, followed us until we get to our hotel. They said that they are 8years old and 9 years old. Their smiling were cute so that I gave them a pack of oreo to share it together.
It was so exciting.

And from the evening like about 5 o' clock, we went to the biggest event,
Elephant National Park!
First, we went to the big grassy plain with many many elephants to play with them.
There were babies, kids, and adults.
When I went to see a baby elephant, it came forward to me like saying "play with me play with me!" Although it is a baby, it was bigger and heavier than me.

Elephant's those kind eyes and long trunk are too cute!!
If there is a Alagin's magic lamp, I would tell Genie to get a baby elephant for me.
I played with them for about half an hour and kept taking photos away.
I was in real high-tension because I could get along with those cuty elephants! There are photoes of me and my good friends, elephants.
After that, we finally got on big adult elephants!
It was a most awesome thing in this trip! We got on to those elephants for 1 hour in the extra broad grassy plain! I was in a feeling like I am in Africa and taking a walk on a elephant.
Seriously, I really loved it. My elephant's name was Dine.
It was the tallest elephant in the national park! So it was lucky.
The picture is this.
In the last part, wecould see a beautiful setting sun.
But that best mood was interupted by many little bags that flew on to me during that beautiful last part. I was completely disgusted because of those bad little bags.
I was beside myself with anger. I waved my hat around and around to drive away those little bags. They pestered me for a long long time so eventually, I got really mad and started to have a scuffle with millions of annoying bags. And at last, I won so I could enjoy the rest of the walk.
At the real last part, the elephant went through a little pond. At one moment, the elephant bumped up and it was so cool! It was like a picturein right.
It was really exciting! Thankyou Dine!

Sumatra trip diary No.2

On second Sumatra trip day, we got on to the moter boat and explored around the forest, going on the river to ocean for whole day.
That was a long journey. We were on the boat for 9 hours!
At first, I and Miki were enjoying the view of forest on the top of the boat but still, 9 hours were too long, we got bored for few hours and went to sleep.
During the journey, we saw some beautiful colorful birds, monkeys eating bananas, and etc.
Also about 4 hours later, we arrived at the little island that many elderly people live.
Their houses were made by feeble woods and of course there were no TV, air conditioner, refrigerator and all sorts of electricity things they usually need for our usual life.
What I thought about the island was how luxury my life is comparing to theirs and one more was how much the tsunami and earthquakes are horrible for them.
There are no TV. So it must be impossible for them to get information about those disaster or when it will going to happen. If I am one of this island's residence, I think I can't sleep well
of those scare. This sound like a social study class but seriously I think we have to stop the global waring as soon as possible to keep the earth safe.
As I heard, the island's residents eat shells and crabs by doing a fishery.
This is a picture for that fishery and those shells and crabs.
We walked around some more and startled. Because there was a ........ Komodo dragon.
Yes. It was a Komodo dragon. Miki looked a little scared but for me it looked so cute!
Of course I didn't go near it because it must be so fierce.
It looked like the right picture. Isn't it so cute? I said to others. Well, no one agreed though.
After we left the island, we saw many jellyfishes in the river.

The boat driver caught two of them and put it in the bucket with water.

Those jellyfish's swimming looked so cute like this in right.

After we finished observing those. The driver released it back to river.

I was pretty satisfied because I could see many things. If there was no happening until we get to the start point, it was perfect for me.
But the bad thing happened. Actually only to me.
When everyone were about to get off from the boat, I and Miki were still on the boat.
And at the moment the guide tried to make Miki get off from the boat, his waist hit me and because of his weight came to our side of the boat, I lost my balance and AAHHH......! PLOP!
I fall in to the river. It was like a cartoon's one scene.
When I got back on the boat. Everyone were laughing at me. Also the guide who is the ringleader of this happening was laughing. Seriously, it is not funny for me !

Sumatra Trip! No.1 (first day)

From last Sunday 18th October to yesterday, 21th October Wednesday,
I went to Sumatra with my mom, my JIS 8th grade Japanese friend Miki and
her mother.
And I am going to tell you how fun the trip was.

18th October... On the way to our hotel from the airport,
I found a Sumatra's traditional house.
It was like the picture in right.
As you look at this picture, the house was propped up by some rocks!
If all the houses are like this, it convinces me that many many houses got destroyed because of the earthquake on few days ago that I told you on my last blog post.

And we went a little forward, we found a durian store.

It looked like left picture.
On the Japanese magazine, it said that the Sumatra durians are not same as the one in Jakarta and they are really delicious. But when I smelled it, it just smelled the same as the Jakarta durians. I wondered what was the difference. Well, we just bought one anyway.

Our
hotel was called Eco Lodge. The reason why this hotel have this strange name was because the hotel (actually doesn't really look like hotel) is doing ecology as the name says. Of course there were many other hotels around Sumatra but we went ahead to try the little ecology life anyway.

When we checked in, we soon discussed about what we will do today.
At last, we decided to walk through the night dark jungle to look at those night birds.
As we walk thorough, there were deep dark precipices and rugged crags.
So a normal night walk had changed to a little exploration.

And we found a big, tall, watch house for a field. It was for watching wild elephants not to run into the field. It looked like the right picture.

I and Miki got to go in to it. Inside, it was covered with old cloths and it was pretty uncomfortable.

I wondered how they are going to escape if the wild elephant try to attack them.

After all, we walked for 1 hour and half but we couldn't find any animal except for frog, grass hopper, and cricket. It was little disappointing but it was still fun.

After that, in my plan, I eat a delicious dinner, take a hot shower and go to sleep.
But it didn't happen. Dinner was okay, but the shower was a big problem.
However long I wait, it didn't get warm! Because of that, we all had to go back and forth, back and forth to look for the room we can get a warm shower.
About 30min after, we finally found a room to take a warm shower. But still, it was not working well, it kept on changing the temperature!
At last we had to wash our hear with cold water. It was horrible.

After the shower happening, in Miki and her mother's room, the ants and a little cockroach came and we had a problem again!
When I get to sleep, it was already 11:30p.m. I was really tired.

EARTHQUAKE AGAIN!!!

Today, 16th of October, about 4:30 p.m., my mom was gone to shopping at the moment and I was only one at house.
And when I was practicing my piano, I heard weird sound from the top of my head.
Bang bang!
I looked around and I found the light shaking!
Conk! It said. It sound as if the ceiling is going to fall on me any moment.
I was inwardly panicked but I tried to make myself calm down.
But in that moment, I heard someone screaching "EARTH QUAKE!!! Augh!".
As I heard that, I couldn't stop myself panicking and horrified.
Soon, I ran out from the house. Actually, I wanted to get my phone and other important staff and lock the door but I couldn't return home to take it. Because I was too scared to go back as running up all the emergency stairs alone.
And what was more, I was wearing the sandal for inside of my house!

After all, about 15min later, I got to go back to house. It was horrifying!

I Wonder Why, I Want To Know

I wonder why the sky is blue

I want to know why the stars shine
